Common questions
Does the trial commit us to anything?
No. The trial runs for 14 days with every feature open, then simply ends unless you choose a plan. No payment details, no auto-renewal.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your data stays exactly as it is. The account becomes read-only for 30 days, and everything returns the moment you subscribe.
Is the price really not per employee?
Correct. Each plan covers a band of employees, and your bill does not move until your company outgrows the band.
How do we pay?
You choose a plan inside the workspace, we confirm it and send an invoice, and payment is by bank transfer. Online card payment is coming.
Does it work fully in Arabic?
Yes. The workspace and the employee app are bilingual, right-to-left, and written in Arabic rather than machine-translated.
Can employees see each other's data?
No. Roles are scoped per company, branch and department, and each person sees exactly what their role allows.
